All prices are in Australian dollars. We currently accept PayPal which includes Mastercard, Visa and PayPal bank transfers. You do not require a PayPal account to pay using your credit card.
All items are shipped via regular Australia Post, for national orders expect deliveries to take 1-5 working days and for international orders expect deliveries to take 3-10 business days (these timeframes depend on your location). We package everything with great care to prevent the damage of goods in transit however we can not be held responsible for damages caused by the mishandling of packages in transit. For international shipping we are not responsible for any additional delivery or customs fees that may apply.
All products are shipped from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.
Due to the our small size and the hand made nature of the products we create, returns are currently not possible.
The majority of the items we make are hand made, this means that it's been hand sculpted, cast and painted. Although we take extra care in this process we are only human so some inconsistencies may be present. These might include, small air bubbles or marks in the resin and small brush strokes or imperfections in the paint work.
Some fashion accessories such as the Zombihands, Skelehands and Swampyhands are a little rough looking, this is deliberate. Have you ever seen a perfectly manicured zombie, monster or skeleton hand?
